Casey Key is a 8-mile barrier island west of Nokomis and 15 miles south of Sarasota, connected to the mainland by two bridges. Worth mentioning is also, that the exclusive Island of Casey Key is home to some of Florida’s most luxurious residences, which line this tropical island’s shores offering a private retreat for the affluent.
